These are some of the nicest people and plumbers out there. Spent several hours on my instant water heater in an attempt to figure out a situation resulting in cold water being intermittently delivered. After another company left us in limbo, informing us that we needed to replace our unit with a tank, these individuals came through. They replaced a flow censor that ultimately was the issue, that easily should have been seen by the other, much larger company. The two gentlemen that came spent over 8 hours in two days on our Unit, trying all they could to assist. They informed us that the water pressure we had was not adequate for a tankless unit delivery for our bathtub, but with a flow censor replacement they could help us get hot water back to all other areas in the house needing to draw hot water. We understood that without going to a tank heater, we wouldn't be getting consistent hot water with the baths, and that was reasonable given our situation. They spent several hours on the phone with my tankless brand company help line and ultimately fixed the more pertinent issue we had. They also helped us financially when billing, which was a huge blessing to our growing family during the holidays. They were intelligent, responsive, and very reasonable. Will be using them from now on.

I called them to replace an outdated electrical panel that had become a fire hazard. The owner came immediately after I called and looked at it. I hired him to replace it on a Friday afternoon. He had the permit by that evening and Monday morning someone was here to replace it. I was very pleased with how fast the service was. Everyone else said 3 to 4 weeks and some didn't even return my calls until after it was fixed. Very pleased with their service.Service: Electrical panel repair
