“It’s not fancy but the people that work here are lovely. I think the last person that did a negative review must have been talking about a different place. They greeted me with a big smile, asked me how I was and seemed very genuine. They had Christmas carols going and a funny program on like the old candid camera I use to watch as a child The three ladies clients and myself were cracking up and all of us were having a very relaxed enjoyable time. It is clear that many of these customers have been coming here for years. “I just have to say — this place is amazing! I’ve been here a few times this year with my mother-in-law, and every single visit has been such a great experience. The salon is spotless, the work is detailed and precise, and the atmosphere is so welcoming.

Tammy, the owner, is an absolute gem. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When two of my nails chipped (I’m a pretty active person), she kindly offered to fix them and even waited after hours for me to drive from New West through traffic to get there. That kind of customer service is so rare these days, and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience.

It’s easy to see why my mother-in-law loves coming here — Tammy and her team make you feel genuinely cared for every time.

Oh, and as a bonus… if you’re a fan of Deal or No Deal, you’ll be in luck — it’s usually playing in the background, which makes your appointment even more fun. ?

“This was my first time going here. I had an amazing experience getting my gel nails. They had a huge variety of colors and they do the cat eye colors too. The lady who did my pedicure was kind, and made sure every detail was perfect. She did a leg massage which is what I needed after work and finished off with a hot towel massage at the end. My nails look flawless and the finish is smooth and long-lasting. She really took her time to make sure I was happy with the shape and color. “Hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming. The pedicure was amazing!!! especially the leg massage, which was honestly the best I’ve ever had. My manicure was also just as fantastic.
Both ladies who worked on my mani and pedi were incredibly friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. You can tell they take real pride in their work. I left feeling pampered and totally relaxed.
The only small thing I’d mention is the use of Glade wall plug-ins… not really my personal preference to have such strong scents in a small space, but that’s just a minor note in an otherwise amazing experience.
