So often all we ever hear are negatives when people think they need to vent about something, whether accurate or not. Some professions, like accounting, have very strict codes of conduct so generally aren't able or don't respond to criticisms that they don't deserve. In my first experience with this company I found them to be good listeners, provided honest answers to questions about my needs, friendly, and professional (even accommodating some extra time to the appt) for a thorough interview. I was very happy with my experiences at Birch Bay Tax & Accounting.
