In mid-June 2022, I purchased a pair of glasses from this place. Because my last glasses had lasted so well, I asked for the same type of frame. I was told that they had some of those frames on sale and I picked out the one I liked. The total cost was $661.00.Less than one month later, one of the ear pieces broke off. I returned to the store and was informed that there was no warranty on the frames as I had bought them on clearance and the store no longer carried that brand of frame. No one had informed me of that at the time of purchase. So after wearing the glasses less than one month, I had to pay $75 to replace the ear piece with no guarantee that there wouldn’t be further problems.I hope the owners of the store realize they lost my future business by refusing to admit that they mislead me when they sold me the glasses. I will not be back and will freely tell people in my circle how this was handled. This was an amazingly short-sighted business decision.

I was a patient here for 16 years. A promise had been made and broken too many times. Finally, my vision was not getting the needed help with glasses. I felt bad for leaving but I can not be someplace that steals money from me. I know come to learn they were running test that I did not need charging my insurance and me huge copays. For years they kept my prescription low enough under what I really needed to keep me coming back and running test. Glad I left. 16 years ago Dr. Bearden was amazing. Now his office is huge. You just feel like a number not a person. If you want that go to Lenscrafters or America's Best

If you want to be lectured about how awful "Obamacare" is, and are willing to be captive sitting and listening to right-wing propaganda, this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere else. In addition, the front office staff is unprofessional and even rude at times.
