Western completed a very difficult residential roof replacement during the winter months. The roof was a combination of flat and low slope TPO and shingles, with leaks and in extremely poor condition. It did go over original bid price but quite a few issues were not apparent until sections were removed, revealing the extent of damage. They are knowledgeable and work to make the customer satisfied.
