The team who put on my new roof did a beautiful job. They were friendly, respectful, and professional, and afterwards did a very thorough clean-up of the property. Also the communication between me and the project managers, Itzel Ocaranza and Braedan York, was excellent. They each went out of their way to be helpful, which I greatly appreciated.
I chose Topside Roofing after much research and a couple quotes to replace the composite tile roof on my 1056 sq ft manufactured home. I chose them finally because the sales rep, Jonah, seemed very knowledgeable, forthcoming, up to date and made suggestions for the best roof which gave me great confidence that they'd do the best job. They prepared me for what to expect and how to make preparations for the best experience ahead of time. After I chose what color shingles I wanted, they put me on the schedule (not a long wait). I am very pleased with Topside. Braedan was able to get workers out to my house quickly to do some siding repair. The workers were punctual, professional and efficient. They did very good work. Topside made it easy for me to make the payment. Next, they will be replacing my roof.
