I had my 41st bday event at the studio and had the best time! Heather created a custom experience for our group and it may just go down as my favorite birthday yet. Many of the ladies now have plans to return and bring other friends! Yay! Spreading the love for a beautiful experience. Thank you, Heather for making my day so special.

Had such a wonderful time! I can't wait to go back again soon. My husband loved it so much we bought a silk and hung it up in our living room. Heather is a great teacher. She's there to help you trust yourself and the fabric. Don't be afraid! Give it a try! You'll work and stretch muscles you didn't know you had.

After a long time of not having this type of yoga available to me, I am extremely excited and grateful to finally see it here in the Ham! The class was amazing and Heather is brilliantly attentive. I'm so happy to have her here. See you again soon! Oh and my back "Feeeeeeeeelllsss Grrrrrrrrreeeaatttt!!!"
