ServiceMaster is the best!! Nico, Angel, Jackson, Paul, Junior and others have made our disaster so much easier to deal with. They are respectful, empathetic, caring, prompt and so reliable!! Having your home torn apart is very hard and these guys seem to know what it takes to make a homeowner feel more at ease with the long, hard process, especially when dealing with the insurance company!! Thank you ServiceMaster!
Nico was excellent as the Demo lead and represented ServiceMaster well.
Nicoanswered our questions as he conveyed what work was going to performed.
Jackson the tech, was efficient and quickly performed duties he was tasked.

First on the spot was James whom analyzed the water leak and marked accurately the affected area quickly while discussing fully the steps proceeding forward while Alberto fully assisted competently and efficiently James.
