Choose somewhere else. This place has consistently called me LAST MINUTE just to cancel IMPORTANT appointments!! It actually happened AGAIN this morning early at 8:49am the woman on the phone was extremely disrespectful and wouldn’t answer a simple question of which appointment she was canceling (because I had 2 in one day) then as I was trying to speak she just hung up on me. This place and its staff members suck! Which makes sense I mean look at the place.
I feel like I don't even have to explain myself. Overall just unprofessional care. And disrespectful reception staff. My doctor keeps canceling my damn appointments like my first ever Pap smear!? It also seems as though nobody knows how to keep files or write things down. When I showed up for my appointment they asked me if I still had my nexplanon.. No you guys removed it I've shown my scar multiple times now, and I had to demand them to delete it on my care page because, it kept showing up as though I still had it. You would think they would update my files right? NOPE. I've tried to call and make an appointment because now I'm 2 months pregnant and yet I'm being told I can't come in till late June or July ?! Ridiculous. Now moving on to reception, I've called right in front of the building to watch what they do, and guess what!? they're talking in Spanish and laughing while the phones are ringing. Clearly no paper work or other people they're talking to, so they're just being disrespectful. Please hire people that actually like healthcare, or hell even just know how to do their job.
Nothing is taken seriously, you can watch the receptionists sit there refusing to answer the phones (You can actually call reception before walking into the building, make it through the physical line to check in, and see that staff actively does not answer the phones and will leave people on hold indefinitely and even will hang up while you are on hold).Referrals for even serious medical concerns will take many months as they never file anything with any sense of priority. If you have pressing concerns, go somewhere else.
