Cleaned up everything very well including one of the toilets that we had dropped rust into from snaking we t4ried (clog was out of reach). Star down due to Gary's method of quoting a flat (expensive) rate based on work to be done. Work will most of the time come in under. If you're appreciative of the plumber maybe they will give you a price break. I prefer T&M which is fair to both parties.“
