If you want the resources of a large lender with a small town feel, this place is it. The office staff feels like family. They have amazing customer service skills, everyone there is super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Honest, quick, friendly and painless experience when seeking a loan. I was amazed at how the personnel was kind, helpful and very on top of things. I appreciated all that was done. Would have loved a lower interest rate. but all in all it was a good experience
