had a hot water tank replaced. Toby, the installer/ journeyman has over 30 years of experience in the field. His knowledge and craftsmanship showed when the install was complete. Very personable and a joy to talk with. Way to go N.E.S. great employees make a great business. Thank you. 5 stars
