I unexpectedly lost my mother last month. I had no idea what to do. The Chaplin at the hospital gave us some information & Moles was one of the funeral homes on it. I have seen their signs & cemetery on the corner of Lakeway & Yew street often. I picked their place. I drove to their place & called about 10 minutes before I arrived, not realizing, or thinking, "I should need an appointment." Stephanie greeted us & I just cannot say how wonderful she was. Moles provided professional, compassionate, and complete services upon the death of our mother. I am in the process of making arrangements for myself upon my passing with Moles. My family and I our grateful they were there for us, and continue to be here for us.
Stephanie was wonderful. She made me and my family at ease with the entire process. With out her help I dont think I'd be able to grieve properly as I was next to kin and these things can be unexpected at times. Amazing flexibility with payment plans. Sincerely thank you so much Stephanie.
