The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed some parts for an old sliding door and the screen door and their man found them! I was so happy and surprised! Thank you for finding those parts!

I use the State Street location in Bellingham and find their customer service and response to be commendable for all the work they have provided me from rescreening to fixing double pane windows to referring me to another repair company on a window with a warranty I wasn't aware I had. I even had a tech come to re-install a window after I took it out to clean and the response time was less than an hour. I can't expect better service.

took the day off to get a quote from Lyndale Glass. Guy came out and did his thing as expected but decided not to ever send us a quote. Feels like wasted time. Maybe they are so profitable that they don't need my business? oh well.Edited: received the quote after 10+ days. Quote was unfortunately too much and I had received a quote from another provider in a more timely manner.
