I got one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had from Chris today. Mostly just wanted to come on here to say thank you! She fixed my hair exactly as I had asked for, shaping it in such a cute way. It felt like she knew exactly what I wanted after I talked about my hair, and she made it happen. I feel really good about it and I think it’s going to grow out really well. The service here was excellent and the staff members had great attention to detail. I got a perm and the girl who was doing my hair offered excellent tips on how to maintain it and what to expect without trying to sell me stuff. The location is also great being located in the heart of downtown Bellingham.

Despite initial apprehension about the change, my first appointment with Cierra was a full balayage, and it was nothing short of amazing. She nailed the look I wanted, something no one else had managed in the past. Cierra's communication skills are top-notch, making me feel warm and welcomed every time I visit. Not only is she a talented stylist, but she also creates these adorable unique earrings and crafts, which I find myself buying every time I'm there. I'm writing this review because I've noticed some negative comments about Cierra, and I want to make sure her name is cleared. Rarely do I write reviews, but I truly believe she's an incredible artist, exceptionally skilled at what she does. I've been a loyal client for over three years now, and everywhere I go, compliments about my hair follow. Thanks to Cierra's touch-ups, I feel more confident than ever.
