Landmark remodeled our kitchen in 2016. Clear communication throughout the process, showed creativity and flexibility given our distinct requests and some of the quirks in our space. Owner Marinus is in it for the long haul, always willing to answer questions and provide free consultations even 9 years out. We have recommended Landmark to our friends for remodeling projects and will do it again.

We brought Landmark in after our first "budget" contractor proved hollow and ghosted us after the framing phase was complete. Landmark came in and provided some much-needed structure and discipline to our project and quickly got us back on-track. Simply put, they plan their work and work their plan.Communication was excellent, and craftsmanship was amazing across the board -- we are thrilled with our luxury bathrooms and classy laundry room.
