Great providers. Horrible prescription management. Direct requests from pharmacy are ignored. You have to message the provider directly to get refills. It is up to the provider to respond whenever they feel like it. I just don't get why I have been without my meds so many times with these people. It is insane that they don't respond to requests from the pharmacy.

The turnover with the staff is appalling. They want you to have patience while they “work it out” but it’s been happening for years, the moment you get comfortable with anyone to manage your meds they will tell you they are leaving. There is zero continuity of care here. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better facility to manage your care.

I've tried to get an appointment here for over two years. I understand we're in a health care crisis, and access is bad everywhere, but their appointment process needs some major improvement. Their website shows providers that are available to take new patients. You complete a long questionnaire and wait to hear back. They send an automated email that says they'll review and get back you in a couple weeks. No one ever gets backs to you. I've called to check the status of my request and I have to go through a phone tree menu only to get another recording that says if we haven't called you, you can't get an appointment.
