We came for a sound healing bath and Chakra healing. It was peaceful for the most part. It was held outside in the brick courtyard. The ground was extremely hard so I recommend bring a low chair that can fold back to reclining. The host Kara is very friendly and welcoming. We went in the spa and cold plunge before the event. The outside noises were slightly distracting.( train, car beeping while backing up, man whistling) plus it was also Brite outside so bring an eye mask.

So happy to see Melissa Buchanan in her element, giving fabulous massages! It was my first time at Karas and it’s so cute! Though I didn’t use any of the additional amenities (sauna, jacuzzi) this visit, I checked them out and I’m also so happy to see they have a couples treatment room. I loved the CBD massage and I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated! Thanks Melissa!

I surprised my wife for date night by taking her to the 'hands on massage workshop' class and it was one of our all-time favorite dates! Jordyn was a fantastic coach and helped us learn key techniques to improve how to give a good massage. The environment is warm, welcoming, private, and fun! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends!
