The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. I plan to redo the floors of my condo and will definitely be ordering the material through this business.

I would not recommend hiring this company. I have been trying for the last 3 months to get them out to do some LVT repairs. The communication is terrible because the lady in the office has to check with Junior for everything rather than managing the schedule herself. One of the first times they were going to fix the floor they called me the day of to say they couldn't do it without glue. I said give me 30 minutes and I'll have the glue. I ordered it from Home Depot and it was ready for him to pickup. Then he texts back and says he couldn't do it because it was raining. So we reschedule for a couple weeks later.
