I was referred to Gary because he is one of the very few commercial mortgage brokers who can shop the best possible rate and terms for commercial loans. I referred clients to him and he took great care of them and got them a far superior rate to what they were getting at a local bank. Commercial lending is different than residential and Gary and Hyak is a tremendous resource for all things commercial lending.
