The Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association has worked with Levi Nyberg on numerous Instream habitat restoration projects over the past many years. Initially when he was on his own, then with Moceri Construction and most recently Highline construction. Levi has been great to work with. He is very experienced and proficient with Equipment operation and project management. He typically thinks ahead of us regarding next project steps and requirements. He is also very responsive and has a great infinity for salmon. His current fellow operators Jason and Zach are also very experienced and a pleasure to work with.

We feel fortunate to have had Highline Construction redesign and renovate our ailing 1931 house. We chose them after consulting with architects and contractors, and canvasing friends and neighbors. Highline was often recommended. The project was long (11 months) and Covid suppy issues added to the expense, but Highline kept us fully informed and involved on issues (substandard original house construction), recommendations, and cost-reducing ideas and materials, with regular meetings and weekly and sometimes daily progress reports.
