Gensco went above and beyond to help get my furnace working. Though they are wholesale only, their rep Brian connected me to Hardware Sales who was able to purchase the item on my behalf and have it waiting in the will call section. On top of their help, this all happened 5 minutes before they closed. Thank you again!

We had called few times to get parts for custom ductwork for ventilation. And Kevin had wrote back to us even outside of his work hours. Way to go. I am glad that I have such an amazing HVAC/R distributors from Bellingham Gensco.

After calling several places that had been listed as carrying a specific item, Justin at Gensco took the time to research the item, track it down and make sure that we had it within our needed time frame and before the suppliers projected lead time.
