During the process she let me know each step as she was doing it, checked to make sure I was doing ok and afterwards taught me about aftercare. “I walked in for a gel manicure this week just hoping to pass some time and feel a little extra glam in my day. I didn't expect to walk out feeling so impressed with my experience that I'm here writing a review about it two days later. They made time for me even though I didn't have an appointment and got me in and out in less than an hour. Every person on their staff was super polite and welcoming. Highlights: -They have SO many options for nail art! They carry several different types of high end chrome and hologram polishes and powders, the selection is so good. A lot of salons offer nail designs, but this place seems to specialize in it. If you're looking for custom or complex designs, I recommend coming here. -They LISTEN to you and work within your comfort zone! I have thin, sensitive nail beds and I don't like having them filed hard with the standard Dremel. The woman switched the file head to something super gentle for me and actually *thanked me* for letting her know so she could accommodate my comfort. -At one point, she noticed one of my nails wasn't quite filed to her standards; I guess there was a little rough spot that she missed that I didn't even notice. Without missing a beat, she quickly corrected it and still had me out of the chair with 20 min left on my meter. Her attention to detail meant my manicure has lasted longer and feels nicer. I'm so impressed with the quality of their work and their quick and kind customer service. My only regret is not getting some cool nail art designs on top of my chrome because they seem like they really excel at fine detail work. I can't recommend this place enough!“
