We brought our all-in-one system in for diagnosis after it went out. It was on its last legs so Eric recommended a new system which we agreed to buy. He not only ordered the unit, but was able to transfer all the old data from our dying one and configure the new one so when we started it up, the same icons were on the desktop and blessedly, our browser faves were displayed on the bar. So darned easy for us. And he charged less than $100 to do all the diagnostics and ibstallation. They will definitely be our go-to folks for future techno-needs.

Never in my life have I met people so helpful. When I came into data link west I was having problems with my WiFi on my pc(Ethernet wasn't working either). I asked all of my tech savvy friends and all of them had different answers about what they thought was wrong with my PC. I had a feeling it was my motherboard, whether that be the bios/drivers or the physical motherboard. But for the life of me I could not narrow it down. When I went to data link west they gave me a free diagnosis. Rob used the system console to test the internet's connection strength and found out that the built in WiFi in my intel motherboard was the problem. I was suspicious when I saw the location (small, off the beaten path) and the perfect 5 on Google. Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by the cover- this place really does, shockingly, deserve a perfect 5. I would not change a thing about my visit. The shop worker/owner(?) here knows exactly what he's doing. I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. Plus he's a charmer, that's a big plus. Will try to buy my computer parts and such from here from now on.
