This cooperative is amazing at providing quality caregivers to clients in all areas of Whatcom County, and working with everyone so far has been amazing. 10/10 would recommend!
They sent a caregiver out to my Dad's to care for his wife while he ran errands. When he got home one hour earlier than he told the caregiver that he would be, she was gone. Not only had she left my stepmom who has dimentia, alone, but she left a mess in the bathroom of incontinent stuff, a welt on her bottom, and a diamond ring is missing. The company is defending this employee, but a police report is being filed.
