First review is for customer service. Tori (sp)? Was great. I told her it was my first time and what I was washing, and she took me around and showed me which washers to use. I was washing bedding and she got me washers big enough that I only need two. She also assisted me so I did not use to much soap. Then she showed me how to use the dryer. The whole time she made me feel welcome and not like I was bothering her. Thanks again Tori.

Every time I go to Brio the staff are busy cleaning, doing laundry and waiting on customers needing help using the w/d. Today I saw Maddie cleaning the soap dispensers along with all of the above. I live in an apartment with a laundry room that is not kept clean. I am so grateful that Brio and their wonderful staff is here!! Cannot recommend too highly!!

This place actually allows me to enjoy doing my laundry.I drive all the way from Blaine, because the local laundromat....Clean, new machines, cash or credit card, helpful staff. All good.
