We've used Arrow Lock multiple times so they were our go-to for setting up a new building with Bluetooth-enabled access. There were some hiccups in the installation & setup process, but Bill was proactive, communicative, and ensured the final result came out smoothly and promptly. It's a testament to the quality of a business when they handle imperfect circumstances with grace and a solutions mindset, and we appreciated that! We'll continue to use Arrow Lock and Bellingham Lock & Safe for all our company's needs!

This place is amazing! Seriously don’t go anywhere else for your key needs, there prices and customer service can’t be beat. Besides the lots of key copies I’ve had made they also fixed my lock cylinder on my Cadillac and found there was a broken piece of a jiggler key inside! Someone had tried to steal it from the previous owners, they were SUPER fast and beyond reasonable priced. Can’t say enough good things about them! I now have a working door lock and extra keys that would have cost easily 150$+ from anywhere else!
