I've only had one visit so far, but it was really relaxing and great for stress relief. There has been some tightness and tension in my shoulders from weight lifting, but after a single acupuncture session my muscles feel much more loose and relaxed. I'm definitely going to return for some follow up sessions!

I limped in. I chose not to leap out but I left the limp behind. I am so grateful walk 99% pain free. Rand is a very engaging and a thoughtful practitioner. In this Covid era she has implemented the best practices to minimize the risk.

This was my first Accupuncture ever. I suffer from chronic Arthritis, severe L4 and L5 issues as well ankle reconstruction... want different results? Try something different right? I went on a long hike the same day and noticed my foot tingling was gone. It's been 4 days since Cant wait to have it done again....
