As a previous employee I only have positive things to say about the company. The managers (Kenna and Lauren) are really caring and communicative with the employees. They also were very flexible when asking for time off to deal with medical and family situations. The supervisor and trainers; Jessica and Raymundo where respectful and gave good insight an explanation on how to do the jobs. Also the people on the majority of their sites are really nice to the ACS employees and sometimes you even get full benefits of their break rooms. I would work again for them in a flash of an eye and I also encourage any commerce looking for cleaning services to give them a go.

My business has been a customer of Action Cleaning for several years and we’re very happy with their service. Management has been extremely helpful in getting just the right people for our needs, and is quick to respond and make things right any time we’ve had an issue. During COVID the have kept our facility sparkling and sanitary. We’ve used several other janitorial services in the county over the years, and find Action Cleaning Services to be the best! And a huge hat tip to the office manager Lindsey, who is always a pleasure to deal with!

I worked at Alcoa (Aluminum Smelter) and Action Cleaning Services cleaned our buildings. Their workers were always friendly and willing to do anything asked of them during their shift. Alcoa is a dirty, industrial site and I could see how hard the crew worked everyday to keep our site clean. I would recommend their services.
