Awesome. Super easy to schedule (thanks Anne) for my rental on the Eastside, great team worked fast and did beautiful work. I agree with the other reviews - reasonable, clear, upfront pricing. This team got my business because they use "green" products, but also because Anne was so fast, clear, and responsive via email, and able to schedule me for early the next week (meanwhile I was still waiting for other companies to reply or quote). We have been using their house cleaning services since 4 years now. First Anne came to see and discuss what is expected, what all needs to be cleaned on regular basis, etc. The staff send does a very neat and perfect cleaning job.There were few occasions, may be 2 years back when I was not very satisfied with the last minute call back/ very late arrivals than estimated time of arrivals, not keeping me informed - no mails/ phone calls. But that’s all changed. I am getting emails/ phone calls if there is any change in schedule. Anytime I am not satisfied with the work of any team, I just inform Anne and she takes care of it. Very happy with Anne, her crews, their great service and professionalism! Really appreciate Anne coming out first to our place to inspect and give us a quote and overview of their business practices. Also appreciate the email reminders a few days before our regular monthly cleaning. And of course the crew does an excellent job--such a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean house after their visit. Highly recommended!
