I woke up on a Saturday morning and could not stand up straight and when I tried was in great pain in my lower back. By Monday I could stand up partially and had pain running down my leg. I went to see Dr. Kobata that afternoon and after the examination he set up a plan for Decompression Therapy for me. After the first 3 treatments I was feeling much better and after a few more the pain was very mild and I felt almost “normal”. I continued with the Decompression Therapy until the end of the program he had designed, along with the stretching exercises he suggested and feel great again. I am back to my normal sports and workouts and couldn’t be more thankful to Dr Kobata and his team.
