The people are nice on the phone, BUT the HOLD TIME is CONSISTENTLY LONG. I just hung up after waiting for over 10 minutes. I have an appointment today too! I needed to talk to someone about an important situation!
Remote visit "worked" flawlessly. Communication with Ms Liu NP, regarding medical history and current status was pleasant, comfortable and thorough. Kudos to all who made it possible.
As a new patient, I was treated as if I was established. There's no signage at the front desk telling what clinic the first a patient sees. After waiting almost 10 mins and going to another area/desk, someone finally checked me in. The doctor didn't seem to really understand or ask about my symptoms. Even had facial expressions that showed she thought what I said was weird. This was my first visit and I'm going to have to call in to get specific instructions for my procedure. I will select a different provider in the future.
