The customer service is incredible! I have come here many times and they have replaced nose pads and fixed a broken eyeglass over ear piece happily, at no charge. After unsatisfactory experiences buying glasses online I gave up and am using this Vista Optical site from now on. FYI they have an optometrist onsite so easy to update your prescription with an appointment.
