The general manager Jennifer was SO kind. I desperately needed contacts and I was running late. I called and she stayed 30 minutes overtime just to make sure that I got my contacts. The customer service was the best I have ever experience, highly recommend coming here.
A truly professional experience. Treated with respect & a genuine care for my well-being. From the pre-testing to the doctor consultation to the hardware selection - each team member was pleasant & helpful. They behaved as if they WANTED to be there to help me - a rare find in today's workforce!
My eyeglasses had lost a screw so I went into Visionworks for the repair in Bellevue. The optical supervisor, Lehman Mahan, was so attentive and fixed my glasses in a few minutes. Amazing customer service here and highly recommended!
