Terrible service, waited an hour for them to not even inspect my injury at all. Pointed to where it hurt and they prescribed me medication and sent me on my not-so-merry way. One star for the incredible customer, aka ME!
This clinic expect you to spend hours waiting after you check-in 15 minutes before your appointment. Literally, paid my copay and waited for 55 minutes, doctor never showed up. This suppose to be a 15 minutes appointment so I have other things plan in my work schedule and have to leave. Very frustrating!
I had a bad experience with Dr Catherine Dong. She spent 5 min for my appointment, didnt provide any help for my condition and I ended up getting charged with $200+ for that 5 min appointment. Not to mention she had no empathy, a bad attitude, and rushed my appointment.
