Check in was fast, no wait time. Nurse assistant was friendly and efficient. Dr Xue was professional , patient, listened , addressed my concerns, went over my prescriptions, ordered necessary blood tests, sent referral for further testing and procedures. Blood drawer was great, no pain and quick. Overall experience was wonderful.

Dr. Manole is the best. She is prompt to respond to after-care needs, she knows her patients and their needs. She listens and responds to the wants and needs and is very caring. Love all of the staff at Factoria Swedish. They are the best.
