They have canceled my appointment TWICE now because "the doctor will not be there that day"..... the first time was like, ok maybe the doctor had a last minute trip planned or something so no big deal, I understand. But twice? That's quite unprofessional. Not only that but the appointments are months out and then 2 months after scheduling get told we have to start all over again. How absolutely ridiculous.
Be aware of the cost! I was billed $1122 for a standard allergy skin test and another $480 for a 15min lecture by Dr Dooms on how my hives that lasted for three months is not allergy. So save your time and money if you just have unexplained long-term hives like me.
Won’t order allergy shot…they insist I call a pharmacy in another state called, “Optium,” who then has to call Swedish Allergy to verify… numerous times they claim that they don’t get the serum, worst clinic ever. There is no reason why you should have to order the serum yourself when the pharmacy needs to verify with the clinic. They need to do this themselves. Find another clinic don’t waste your time.
