I usually don't comment or write reviews, however, I had to. I have been going to Sugar Plum for a while. I am usually happy with my service. I had an emergency come up and needed to change my appointment from my regular technician. I should have just waited. The new technician was not good. She didn't talk to me during my session and also she left hair on my backside. When I checked out, she charged me more than what I pay, she did correct the price. She did t even asked if I wanted to book my next appointment. I had to call customer service to donthat while I drove home. I mentioned to the customer service representative, I did not have a good experience. All she said, I am sorry, however, she didn't even take the time to ask what happened. She just booked my appointment. I will go back, however, only to my regular person. if she is not available, I will wait until she is.

I had my first sugaring session about a month ago, and Tori was informative and helped me relax. I have already recommended Sugar Plum to several people, and I can't wait to go back next week!
