This review is long overdue. I went to Winnie about 2 months ago for the first time and immediately felt at ease. She listened and always asked before she did anything. Many stylists I have had before have gone in and done their own thing without checking in or understanding what I really wanted. Winnie's kindness let me know she wasn't just about business - she was there because she truly wants to help others and enjoys her work. We spent time laughing, and since I am new to the area, she gave me plenty of recommendations. She was helpful in many other respects as well. I left with a beautiful haircut/style - exactly what I was looking for, along with a wonderful memory in my new home. Thank you, Winnie!!!

Dear Winnie, YOU ARE AWESOME! I want you to know how much I appreciate your kindness and your artistry with hair. When everything shut down due to the pandemic, my regular gal retired from hair. I had been seeing her since 2001 and my late husband had started using her back in the late 80's. Each hair appointment was like seeing a friend for lunch, but with hair color. The first few months of the shutdown I tried doing it on my own, actually...my sister was in town, and she painted on the color. It wasn't horrible. I used a lot of root touch up while trying to find someone who was taking clients. One colorist in Bellevue did an OK job but was super expensive. I only saw her once. There was a Facebook group where someone was looking for a new colorist. I saw the replies with referrals and picked 3 places nearby. I figured I would start with you because of the convenient location to work. I was OVER THE MOON, ECSTATIC AND HAPPY with our first meeting! Even with the constraints and complications of pandemic your business operates with high integrity. Your salon is super clean and always ready for clients. I love that you have regular clients who adore you and your other stylists. I miss my regular gal but I know she would be happy knowing that you are taking good care of me. Winnie is the best! She really cares about your hair and does an amazing job! My mom and I always come here! The salon is super clean and they take all the safety measurements for COVID-19.I love coming here! ❤️
