I have a Airbnb and a hundred year old home, and both were having problems draining correctly. Standing water in the shower and toilets backing up. It is a dilemma nobody wants to face at ten o'clock P.M.
So I Googled ;5 star plumbing business and Roto-Rooter showed up on my telephone screen! I called the number and a very professional ,kind man was at my doorstep within the hour! Answer to my pray, fixed my Sewer, Thank you Roto-Rooter!
Colin and Nate were awesome! We had an unexpectedly complicated issue and they gave us options and explained everything very clearly. Both guys had great attitudes and were highly knowledgeable. After a lot of hard work and perseverance, we have functional toilets again! We couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Nate and Colin!
Our issue was a clogged sewer line. The service technician was professional, polite and efficient. The cost was a little steeper than expected, but the result met my expectations.
