Friendly staff - they're super busy delivering vehicles, but everyone is helpful and friendly. I had my car in for service and they had everything resolved in less than 48 hours. Wow!!! 5/5 stars! Best vehicle I have ever driven. Lovely delivery experience.

I received absolutely amazing customer service here today for a repair on my R1S. My comment to my spouse when I got home was "It wasn't just the best customer service at a 'dealership' that I've received. It might have been the best at any business that I've experienced.". Such a welcome change after a decade dealing with Tesla.

Service center dispatched a mobile technician to come take care of a couple concerns while I was at work. She listened closely to my open items; and worked away diligently to resolve with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. The perfect service!

Rivian's Service Centers are by appointment only. Rivian is an electric vehicle maker, and our Service Centers are where we provide service and maintenance. You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. If you’d like to experience a vehicle in person, please check out our Rivian Spaces or book a demo drive through our site.
