UW Medicine Primary Care at Factoria

UW Medicine is an imperfect medical institution, no dispute there. Hope they get some good investment and better organization but will accept them as is today.

My review is more about Dr Iman Majd who is the best doctor I’ve ever had and greatly appreciate each time he’s there to support me. He is the most grounded, exceptional listener, well educated (great education does not mean just having a doctorate and an ego to fit) with a well balanced education primary and supplementary. New patient for Primary Care with doctor Pamela Yung, MD. She is very knowledgeable! Excellent service with her today. You tell her what's going on, and she is on it right away. Best primary care doctor I have been to. Her communication is excellent. Highly recommend!

I spoke with receptionist named Cassidy who really went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. They initially called to reschedule an appointment since my first was canceled. She was more than patient waiting for me to check my schedule, and allowing me to think/ ask questions and being very informative while generally being very accepting and aware of meeting my needs specifically with out judgement or drawing attention to it! I really also appreciated that we lost connection and she called back to check in even though we had nearly wrapped up our responses.
