My Advisor Simon has been always VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Advisor Lee assisted me with my previous car he is also amazing. Service/parts staffs are responsible, they answer calls and call back to answer unsolved questions.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the service department at the Bellevue Porsche dealership, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I was text messaging with Lee Van before my appointment, Lee was incredibly communicative, friendly, and informative. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done on my car and answered all my questions.
