I’ve visited this Urgent care for a couple of visits and both times the staff and the doctors have been wonderful and have made the whole experience as easy as possible. Scheduling can be done online or via phone and the doctors take the time to explain the situation and next steps patiently! Friendly staff as always! The wait times were under an hour both times and check in was super quick!
In the evening I remembered that I needed to stop by and show my hand to a specialist. I arrived, there was no queue, I was immediately processed and sent to a specialist. very high level! thank you and be healthy!!!
I'm always glad to bring my family to the urgent care clinic in Lake Hills. We often see Dr. Piya, and have consistently been happy with the care he provides. I wish all of Overlake's ER staff had his bedside manner!
