After more than a decade of severe allergies and asthma in California. I tried an Allergist in Sacramento, CA ended & up in the ER 2X’s-So I stopped!
After moving to Washington-I heard very positive reports regarding Dr. Jon Welch in Bellevue! After the Allergy testing, Dr Welch identified many allergen’s. He created a serum JUST FOR ME! After a few years of weekly, then bi-weekly, eventually monthly injection’s — I noticed changes in my allergic responses! Over time—my body was ABLE to REBUILD a STRONG IMMUNE system that could fight back! I did not need the 2nd RX inhaler or the RX nasal spray I had been taking for years! I really love this office! Dr. Welch is not only kind but also very skilled, and the nurses are always cheerful and welcoming. The front desk staff is calm and friendly, which instantly puts you at ease. I’ve also never had any issues communicating through their app—it’s always smooth and convenient. I feel truly lucky to have found Dr. Welch and his clinic.
I've had increasingly positive experiences with Dr. Welch and his staff. Unlike previous doctors, Dr. Welch quickly understood my issues and has provided significant relief. Initially, I found the communication and professionalism of his staff to be inconsistent, but fortunately, there has been noticeable improvement in recent weeks.
There are two areas for improvement that I haven't experienced with other medical offices:
Phone System: The phone system is often frustrating. Calls frequently go unanswered, and the automated options don’t direct you as expected. Leaving voicemails rarely results in a callback.
