Went to participate in a study I was interested in. I didn’t qualify after testing and told them thanks for the opportunity. Told them I didn’t need any money but they insisted on having me wait five minutes so the could pay for me and my wife’s time. Very honest and professional.
I can't understand why NWCR doesn't have a 5.0 rating.They have bent over backwards to accommodate my last minute cancellations because things happen. They've never told me not to come in because they chose someone else. And asking personal questions in a clinical trial is necessary.And as far as testing vulnerable people that's some kind of joke anybody can apply I think some people here just possibly felt that a company should do more for them they've done tremendously by me.
I've been coming to this clinic for years now. I'm always greeted with a smile and treated courteously, as if they'd only seen me last week even if it's been several months. The staff are competent and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions I may have. With regards to the reason I went to see them in the first place, they've helped tremendously and given me a treatment that's really improved my life.
