“I recently had the opportunity to revisit Lina and I must say, my experience this time was notably different from my last visit. I initially had concerns regarding timeliness and communication, which left me feeling frustrated. However, I decided to give them another chance, and I'm glad I did. Liz as always showcased exceptional design skills. The creativity and attention to detail in my nail art were impressive, and I truly appreciated the effort put into making my nails look stunning. She listened to my ideas and brought them to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. You can basically show Liz a picture of a nail design and she will bring it to life! Nail designs are on the pricer side compared to other salons. However, I appreciate the transparency and Liz always tells me how much a design will be before she get started so I can decide to change it or go with it. Additionally, the service was much more attentive and professional my past three visits. I felt valued as a customer, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I had a conversation with the nail tech and then owner on a different visit on communication with customers. I provided her who a customer perspective and she provided me with an owner/nail tech perspective. There were things I didn't fully agree on like the timeline of events. However, I appreciate the open honest dialogue we had. I believe in giving credit where it's due, and I'm happy to share that my faith in Lina Nails has been restored.“

“Absolutely love Secret Garden. It is my new go to place! I love the ambiance. Everyone is nice. The place is so clean, does not smell like toxic nail chemicals, and uses high quality products…all of which are so rare to find in most nail shops. I feel like this justifies the higher price point of their services. Both their manicures and pedicures are great. If you were only looking to pick one nail service..I’d go for the pedicure..it is more of an “experience”.“

These nails lasted 2-3 weeks and fell off because I was over using the nails.<br><br>Requested style: I had designed my own nail art and brought a detailed drawing of it and they delivered exactly what I wanted“

“Absolutely fantastic and best Japanese Thermal Straightening process I have ever had. Ben knows what he is doing - I have gone to very high end salons and they do not even come close to the knowledge and service Ben provides. I have incredibly curly hair and all other salons processes only last 6-9 months, at Ben's it has lasted over a year, it may take a little more work to get straight but the fact I can get straight is impressive!!“

“Love Charlene!! I am new to Bellevue and was looking for a local place to pick up my Dermalogica supplies. I found Charlene and she has been SOO helpful! Very accommodating with my work schedule, gives me good skin care tips and suggests helpful products--and this is just from picking up product from her! I can only imagine how great she would be for a facial. Her spa is a little hard to find the first time; it's in a business park sort of set back from NE 20th street. Definitely worth the hunt, she is someone I hope to business with for a long time in the future.“

“I had gotten a highlight in February 2024. I went in with black hair and asked the beautiful chica, sorry forgot her name, that I wanted to highlight my hair gray, to blend in the grays. She says d she can do it, and explained it will be light but not quite gray. It took me a few hours there, but it was understandable. The service was very pleasant and I felt com and knew I was in good hands. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the outcome was to my satisfaction. My hair was lighter and the blend was so smooth, meaning it wasn't drastic. The price was reasonable and It was worth it. A big shout out to the chica, sorry I wish I remembered her name, Thank you very much. Its unfortunate that it took a bad touch up at classy cuts in Bonney Lake 5/2024 for me to write this much deserved review. I moved to Bonney Lake. I will make the drive to bellevue to the chica if she still works there for future services.“
