I arrived about a half hour early and was given immediate entry to the service bay and was quickly logged in. Service advisor was very courteous and helpful. Waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities. Service was performed promptly and received a clear explanation of what was accomplished.
Christopher has been my service advisor for a while now, and he is exceptional. He's always professional, asks the right questions to understand my concerns, and provides thorough explanations of the work done on my car. He keeps me updated throughout the service process and maintains a positive attitude. I've been taking my vehicles to Mercedes of Bellevue for over 20 years, and Christopher is by far the best service advisor I've ever had. Highly recommend!
