She provides reasonably priced packages that take place in a clean & welcoming environment with a friendly & knowledgeable practitioner who makes the experience as comfortable as possible (stress balls to squeeze, icing the areas between zaps). She is also great with responding promptly & about checking in to adjusting the frequency of appointments depending on where things are at with your hair growth as opposed to pushing a set schedule that may be less effective & lead to needing more sessions. I just finished the last of my sessions this week & am super happy with the results.
