I recently had a wonderful experience with Market Optical. I accidentally twisted my expensive frame, and they were incredibly helpful in fixing it for me. A special shoutout to Jenny for her exceptional customer service. While I don't recall the technician's name, they did a fantastic job and ensured my glasses were as good as new. Highly recommend Market Optical for their professionalism and top-notch service.
Best selection in Bellevue! Really helpful staff. My face is hard to fit so I had to go in twice to get my glasses just right and I'm so pleased. Shout out to Ross who did the final fitting . This place is a class act. Quality products, quality service.
